Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technician based in Ahmedabad, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial cleaning equipment, conducting diagnostic tests, and troubleshooting technical issues. Responsibilities will also include providing technical support to clients, maintaining detailed service records, and ensuring the equipment functions effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in equipment installation, maintenance, and repair
• Experience with diagnostic testing and troubleshooting technical issues
• Strong communication and customer support skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in hybrid work settings
• Prior experience in industrial or technical roles is advantageous
• Basic understanding of industrial cleaning equipment is preferred
• Relevant technical certifications or a diploma in a related field
