Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Kerala, India, for the role of a Service Engineer. The Service Engineer will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting electronic device issues, performing maintenance and repair of appliances and smaller electronic products, and providing technical support to customers. The role also involves conducting on-site visits, ensuring timely service delivery, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues in various electronic devices and appliances. Experience with Field Service and on-site equipment maintenance and repair. Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Expertise in Maintenance & Repair to ensure functionality and extend the lifespan of devices. Prior experience in Technical Support and providing guidance for optimal device performance. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field is preferred.
