Repair Engineer

We are looking for a Repair Engineer for our client place based at Manesar, Gurugram (Haryana). The Repair Engineer is responsible for performing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of mechanical and electrical equipment. This role is critical for ensuring the operational availability and reliability of equipment, thereby supporting overall business productivity and safety.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in equipment and systems.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on a variety of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Hands on experience for the repairing and QC Inspection.
• Quality inspection of the repair products.
• Updating the inspection reports, repair reports and costing for the repair of products
• Updating the repair inventory.
• Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to develop effective repair strategies.
• Maintain detailed records of all repairs and maintenance performed.
• Adhere to safety and compliance standards while performing all tasks.
• Identify and order parts and materials needed for repairs.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians.

Qualification & Other Skills:-

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in equipment repair and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
