Renewals Specialist

You will be responsible for providing inside sales support for the assigned geographic region at FARO Technologies, Inc. in Pune, Maharashtra. The company has a strong culture of innovation, commitment to reliability, and a focus on simplifying processes through innovation, integrity, teamwork, accountability, and a friendly work environment. - Qualify leads by contacting potential customers, providing necessary information, and scheduling product demonstrations. - Determine demonstration requirements based on various factors and coordinate schedules with potential customers and outside sales staff. - Develop and communicate recommendations for advancing the sales process, prepare sales quotations, and apply appropriate pricing and discounts. - Generate revenues by maintaining customer contact, closing opportunities, and assisting with lead generation through cold calling and referrals. - Receive and review purchase orders, validate against quotes, prepare contract reviews, and facilitate communications among the sales team. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3 years of Business to Business (B2B) sales experience - Typing speed of 40-45+ WPM - Manufacturing and/or high-tech experience strongly preferred - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and stay updated on technical product developments - Excellent verbal communication skills - Superior time management and multitasking abilities - Experience with customer databases and CRMs like Goldmine, SalesForce, etc. - Proficient internet search skills for customer prospecting - Ability to exceed quotas regularly and establish good working relationships with team members and customers FARO Technologies, Inc. is a global company traded on the NASDAQ stock exchange, focusing on developing innovative products in the high-tech measurement and imaging industry.
