B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent in Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering/ Energy Engineering/ Renewable Engineering .  M.E./M.Tech. orequivalent in Energy Engineering/ Energy Technology / Renewable Energy Engg. /Energy conservation and management /Power and energy Engineering/ Power Electronics/Power Systems/Control System/ or any other relevant electrical engineering discipline. Ph.D./ Post-doctoral in Renewable Energy Systems, Green Hydrogen Production and Storage, Advanced Fuel Cell Materials, Optimization of Hydrogen Energy, EV Battery Technologies, Battery Management Systems, and Sustainable Energy Integration

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibility: 

• Conduct advanced research in areas like renewable energy, hydrogen energy and fuel cells for EV infrastructure. .

• Lead research projects (or consultancy Testing) engage with industry partners to create real-world solutions.

• Mentor Ph.D. and M.Tech. students, fostering a collaborative and forward-thinking academic environment.

• Deliver high-quality courses that inspire the next generation of engineers and researchers.                                                                                                                                        

Expected outcome (12 months):

• Publish high-impact papers and increase citations.

• Facilitate technology transfer to translate research into practical applications, and commercial opportunities. Spearhead interdisciplinary research initiatives, attracting grants, partnerships, and additional funding.
