Senior Clinical Research Fellow

• To ensure clinical trial and research department is functioning according to prescribed national international regulatory guidelines.
• To ensure department has working and validated standard operating procedure for Institutional Ethics Committee, Clinical Trial & Research Department and Narcotic drug usage/ handling/ and destruction process.
• To ensure department has working and validated standard operating procedure for Audio-Video recording of Subject Informed consent process.
• To ensure department has working and validated standard operating procedure for Clinical Trial documents Archival Facilities including digital archival facilities.
• To ensure timely appraisal of new proposal through proper documentation (hard copies/ digital copies) for Institutional Ethics Committee review
• To ensure timely appraisal of new proposal including thesis and investigator initiative clinical trial (IIT) through proper documentation (hard copies/ digital copies) for Scientific Research Committee.
• To ensure study timelines as per Sponsor and Clinical Research Organizations.
• To ensure timely appraisal of adverse events / serious adverse event or death to CRO / Sponsor, Institutional ethics Committee, Head of the Institution / Medical Director, and Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO).
• To ensure IEC members, Investigators and site staff are well trained in clinical trial and IEC SOP / GCP/ Quality assurance training.
• To ensure smooth interdepartmental working and promotion for departmental uplifting.
• To ensure clinical trial department has Institutional Ethics Committee (IEC) with valid NABH registration, valid CDSCO (DCGI) registration, Valid GOI, Ministry of Health & family welfare, department of health registration (DHR).
• To ensure clinical trial & research departmental work is being done as per the updated and validated standard operating procedure.
• To ensure departmental co-ordination for smooth functioning of , scientific research committee, Clinical Trial and Research Department and Institutional Ethics Committee
• To pursue emergency duties & attend emergency calls as when required.
• Follow BMCHRC rules and regulations including aims and Goals of the institution.
• Any other professional work as assigned by Top management.
