Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage inbound emails and ensure timely, professional responses
  • Oversee and post content to company social media accounts (LinkedIn, X, etc.)
  • Support the CEO with LinkedIn engagement and account management
  • Send contracts and agreements via DocuSign and track their completion
  • Conduct online research and prepare summaries or recommendations
  • Draft, edit, and publish content (blog posts, LinkedIn updates, marketing materials)
  • Maintain organized files, records, and workflows
  • Provide ad-hoc support on projects as needed

Preferred candidate profile

  • Will consider entry level but prefer 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency with tools such as: Gmail / Google Workspace, MS Office
  • LinkedIn (posting + engagement)
  • Social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar)
  • DocuSign (or similar e-sign platforms)
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • High attention to detail and reliability
