Reltio MDM Developer

The candidate will work closely with data architects, integration teams, and business stakeholders to model, ingest, harmonize, and govern master data across domains such as Customer, Product, Supplier, and Reference Data.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop

  Reltio MDM data models

  , match & merge rules, survivorship logic, and business rules.
• Implement

  data ingestion and integration pipelines

  using

  Reltio Integration Hub (RIH)

  and REST APIs.
• Configure and manage

  Reltio workflows

  , data governance policies, and stewardship processes.
• Support

  data onboarding, cleansing, matching, and consolidation

  of master data from multiple source systems.
• Perform

  data analysis, troubleshooting, and performance tuning

  for MDM processes.
• Collaborate with data governance, data quality, and analytics teams to ensure trusted master data.
• Support MDM environments across

  development, test, and production

  , including deployment and release management.
• Contribute to

  MDM best practices, standards, and documentation

  .
• Provide operational support and incident resolution for MDM-related issues.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–7 years

  of hands-on experience in

  MDM design, development, implementation, and support

  .
• Strong experience with

  Reltio Cloud MDM

  , including:
• Data modeling and configuration
• Match & merge rules
• Survivorship configuration
• Reference data and hierarchy management
• Hands-on experience with

  Reltio Integration Hub (RIH)

  for:
• Source system integrations
• Batch and near–real-time data ingestion
• API-based integrations
• Proficiency in

  REST APIs, JSON, and XML

  for data integration.
• Strong

  SQL skills

  with experience in writing and tuning complex queries.
• Good

  data analysis and problem-solving skills

  .
• Experience with

  Unix/Linux shell scripting

  .
• Understanding of

  data warehousing concepts

  and enterprise data architectures.
• Familiarity with

  Agile / Scrum

  development methodologies.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

• Prior experience with

  other MDM platforms

  such as:
• Informatica MDM
• SAP MDG
• IBM InfoSphere MDM
• Oracle MDM
• Stibo or Semarchy
• Exposure to

  ETL / data integration tools

  such as Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, SSIS, or similar.
• Experience with

  cloud platforms

  (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of

  Data Governance, Metadata Management, and Data Quality frameworks

  .
• Understanding of

  event-driven or streaming architectures

  (Kafka, Pub/Sub) in MDM ecosystems.
• Experience working with

  large-scale enterprise data landscapes

  .

Nice to Have

• Domain experience in

  Customer, Product, Supplier, or Healthcare / BFSI master data

  .
• Exposure to

  MDM migrations

  (on-prem to cloud or tool-to-tool).
• Familiarity with

  CI/CD practices

  for data platforms.
