Job Description

Designation- Relationship Officer-Micro Mortgage

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate with 1-2 year sales experience in Housing loan/ Mortgage/LAP in banking/NBFC/MFI and should be predominantly in sales
Practical experience in Field verification/ income assessment/ property documents understanding.
Strong hold on market with understanding of local business patterns

Role & responsibilities

Lead Generation Conduct regular marketing and sales activities to generate leads from the identified markets.
Dealing with the Customers- Engage with the customers at the front end to ensure smooth conversions from lead stage to disbursement and also repayment, recovery and retention.
open market acquisition and existing potential customer conversion and be ready to travel extensively across the catchment area of the location to build the base of business.
