We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in liabilities, gold loans, or relationship management. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through effective sales strategies. Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition. Build and maintain a strong understanding of the bank's products and services. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in liabilities, gold loans, or relationship management. Strong knowledge of gold loan products and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is an advantage.
