We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in liabilities, branch banking, or current accounts. Roles and Responsibility Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the client base. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance. Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of current account management and relationship building skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify new business opportunities. Experience working with liabilities, branch banking, or current accounts is preferred. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
