Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through effective sales strategies. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives and resolve customer complaints. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition. Build and maintain a strong understanding of the bank's products and services. Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in liabilities, gold loans, or relationship management. Strong knowledge of gold loan products and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to analyze market trends and competitor activity. Any graduate degree is required, with a preference for candidates holding a postgraduate degree.
