Job Title: Relationship Manager (High Net-Worth Individuals)

- Own the end-to-end client lifecycle for a portfolio of high-net-worth clients (e.g., 40–80 relationships): prospect, propose, negotiate and close — with clear KPIs such as conversion rate, average deal value and revenue per client.
- Design and sell tailored premium experiences: produce concise, personalised proposals (e.g., 8–15 per month) that include itineraries, upsells and contingency plans to maximise client satisfaction and revenue.
- Manage partner relationships and vendor network: identify, onboard and sustain 15–30 luxury partners (hotels, restaurants, lifestyle brands), negotiate commercial terms and SLAs, and measure partner performance.
- Coordinate flawless delivery: own bookings, logistics and on-ground coordination for every experience; use checklists and post-event reviews to keep delivery issues below acceptable thresholds.
- Drive measurable growth and loyalty: collaborate with marketing and product to increase referrals and repeat bookings, and track impact through metrics such as referral rate, repeat-booking rate and NPS.
- Innovate the offering: pilot new service tiers and curated "wow" moments, run A/B tests or small-scale trials, and use client feedback to iterate quickly.
- Maintain exceptional standards: anticipate client needs, resolve issues proactively, protect confidentiality and deliver emotionally intelligent service with consistent attention to detail.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, lifestyle management, premium events, or similar high-touch environments—ideally with exposure to high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) or couples.
- A natural ability to sell premium experiences—comfortable on camera and phone, proactive in identifying opportunities, and skilled at converting interest into committed engagements.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ): able to read subtle cues, anticipate needs, and deliver thoughtful service even before the client asks.
- A partner-management mindset: capable of negotiating, nurturing, and sustaining strong relationships with vendors, and ensuring seamless service delivery through them.
- Resourceful and agile: able to think quickly and adapt flawlessly to changes—whether it’s a venue shift, weather surprise, or evolving client preference—while maintaining a polished, calm demeanor.
- Exceptional communication skills: fluent in English; proficiency in Hindi/Marathi is a strong advantage for regional interaction and cultural nuance.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment, including flexible hours and weekend/evening shifts to support marquee experiences and client needs.
