Role : Relationship Manager First Wealth / Current Account

Location : Chembur / thane / borivali to malad / BKC / JACOB

CTC : MAX 13LPA

FOR LOCATION : BKC / JACOB CTC IS 15-18LPA

Key Responsibilities

Client Portfolio Management
Manage existing clients (First Wealth / premium customers), ensure their satisfaction, handle their banking and wealth needs

New Client Acquisition
Bring in new premium clients into the First Wealth segment to grow the portfolio.

Cross-selling / Upselling
Promote bank products/services (loans, investments, insurance, CASA, SME products etc.) to existing clients. Increase product holding per customer.

Meeting Targets / Scorecards
Achieve targets for CASA, revenue, product sales, wallet share; improve decile rankings or operating plans.

Financial Advisory / Wealth Products
Suggest and sell investment/wealth products (mutual funds, advisory, portfolio investment, risk profiling) to fit client needs.

Customer Experience / Servicing
Handle queries, complaints, ensure smooth onboarding for net banking/mobile banking, ensure customer delight.

Operational Duties / Compliance
Follow SOPs; manage cash routine tasks (deposits/withdrawals), maintain registers, avoid cash shortages, ensure compliance & audit adherence.
