Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager at our Nashik branch, your primary role will be to achieve disbursement targets in numbers, volumes, and productivity. You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns for loan products, generating revenue, and enhancing the brand image of the company. Building strong relationships with customers through loan products and other initiatives will also be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining and optimizing profitability for the branch, managing costs, and ensuring a high-quality portfolio. Timely and effective collections to maintain zero delinquencies will be crucial for the success of the branch. Key Responsibilities: - Achieving disbursement targets in numbers, volumes & productivity - Planning and executing marketing campaigns for loan products - Generating revenue from marketing campaigns - Building the brand image of the company - Developing strong relationships with customers - Maintaining and optimizing profitability for the branch - Managing costs effectively - Ensuring zero delinquencies through timely and effective collections Qualifications Required: - Graduation - 1-3 years of experience in Sales in Financial Services, Education, MFI, Mortgages, SME loans, or Insurance Industry - Passionate for sales and experienced in direct sourcing - Influential communication skills in English and local language - Working knowledge of computers and smartphones - Ability to maintain MIS - Holding a valid driving license Additional Details: The role will involve visiting spoke locations for business development, requiring regular road travel as a significant part of your routine.,
