Role Overview: We are looking for a Relationship Manager who will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with our partners/distributors. The ideal candidate should be proactive, customer-oriented, and passionate about achieving business growth while ensuring excellent service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and customers. Achieve sales targets by promoting Turtlemint’s insurance products across Health, Life, and Motor. Provide training, motivation, and ongoing support to partners for business activation and growth. Regularly track performance of partners and ensure timely resolution of their queries. Drive recruitment of new partners and ensure their smooth onboarding. Maintain proper MIS and share timely reports with management. Participate in regular reviews and contribute to achieving branch/business targets. Qualifications & Skills: 12th pass 1–4 years of experience in sales/relationship management (insurance/financial services experience preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and drive results. Good knowledge of insurance products will be an added advantage. Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools.
