Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to provide tailored real estate solutions, and ensuring excellent client service. Daily responsibilities include managing clients' real estate transactions, addressing their inquiries, liaising with internal teams to align solutions with client requirements, and providing timely follow-ups to support client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong communication, interpersonal, and client management skills
Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions for real estate management
Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Knowledge of the real estate industry, market trends, and related regulations is an advantage
Proven ability to work in a team environment and meet organizational goals
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a relevant field is preferred
