Relationship Manager – Software Sales

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Relationship Manager – Software Sales to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving software product sales, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise software solutions, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strategic sales mindset. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand client business needs and recommend suitable solutions. Conduct product presentations, demos, and consultative selling to key stakeholders. Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver seamless customer experiences. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure, ensuring revenue targets are achieved. Track and report key account metrics, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements in line with company policies. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in B2B software sales or relationship/account management. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions. Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently.
