Job Description

As a Sales team member at CredAble, your role will involve market scanning, new client acquisition, revenue growth, and existing client retention. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying and prospecting business opportunities in the given market - Reaching out to clients/associates across the designated markets - Understanding the financial and business needs of customers to provide appropriate lending solutions - Liaising with intermediaries to generate leads - Sourcing and closing deals - Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders up to the C-level - Collaborating with internal teams for approval and disbursal processes - Monitoring borrower companies post disbursal - Ensuring achievement of disbursal targets and driving revenue, profitability, and growth. You will report directly to the SVP - Lending to drive sales and growth for the platform and lending business. To excel in this role, you should have 2-8 years of experience in Banking/NBFC, a proven track record in product management, proficiency in presenting to top-level management, experience in cross-functional team collaboration, and the ability to independently drive business origination in the assigned market. You will be a great fit for this position if you are passionate about conceptualizing and building products for enterprise clients and vendors in the supply chain finance sector. The educational qualification preferred for this role is an MBA in Sales/Marketing.,
