We are seeking a Relationship Manager for our Commercial Emerging Corporate division (Turnover less than 200 Cr). The role involves sourcing new clients, managing existing relationships, ensuring strong credit quality, and growing a quality asset book.
Responsibilities include financial appraisal, structuring credit proposals, cross-selling products, and maintaining stakeholder coordination.
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in corporate lending with a Bank or NBFC, and strong understanding of working capital term loan products.
MBA or CA preferred. Strong relationship management, credit assessment, and communication skills are essential. Target-driven individuals with a keen eye for quality portfolio management will thrive in this role.
