Job Description

As a Sky Phygital Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer support, and driving sales for the bank. You will be based in Delhi and will work closely with different branches to ensure a seamless and personalized customer experience.
  • A bachelors degree in business, fice, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking or ficial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing business needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Offer excellent customer support, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of customer queries and concerns.
  • Generate sales leads and convert them into successful transactions, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Collaborate with branch teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies, ensuring a consistent brand presence.
  • Stay updated with the latest banking products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Conduct regular customer outreach programs, including events and workshops, to enhance customer engagement.
  • Analyze customer data and provide valuable insights to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and maintain high standards of ethical conduct.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns for the branch.
  • Provide regular feedback and reports on customer interactions and sales performance.
