Collaboration with teams handling life insurance (LI), general insurance (GI), key SME and commercial (KSEC) clients, and asset management is essential for timely business conversion. It is crucial for Relationship Managers to ensure customer loyalty, promote category upgrades, and actively acquire new customers through referrals and household contacts. Furthermore, the role involves explaining the bank's facilities to customers through online and offline demonstrations, enrolling customers in relevant services, and addressing their service requirements such as account opening, Trinity account opening, and selling liability products. Relationship Managers are expected to maintain high levels of customer service by ensuring quick and efficient service delivery. Meeting sales targets for both banking and investment products is a key performance indicator for this role. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any stream and possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in the banking or finance sector. They should demonstrate qualities such as energy, confidence, and a proactive attitude to succeed in this dynamic environment.
