Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Jodhpur for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their financial needs, and recommending suitable housing finance solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads, evaluating loan eligibility, supporting loan documentation processes, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves addressing client concerns, providing high-quality service, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster productive relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Sales and business development experience with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
• Knowledge of loan processes, housing finance, and related documentation
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored financial solutions
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software
• Familiarity with the affordable housing finance sector and market dynamics
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; prior experience in financial services or housing finance will be an advantage
