Job Description

As a Sales Leader at Rurash Financials Pvt. Ltd., your role is crucial in driving the conversion of physical shares to demat accounts. Your primary responsibility is to develop and execute strategies that will lead to successful conversions, thereby contributing to the growth of the company and enhancing investor wealth. Your key responsibilities include: - Developing and implementing sales strategies focused on converting physical shares to demat accounts. - Identifying potential clients holding physical shares and generating leads through research, cold calling, and networking. - Promoting and selling the company's demat account services, emphasizing the ease and benefits of converting physical shares to demat. - Achieving monthly and annual sales targets for physical to demat conversions. In addition to sales leadership, you will be actively engaged in client interaction and conversion process management: - Educating clients about the advantages of holding shares in dematerialized form and guiding them through the conversion process. - Managing and assisting clients with the necessary documentation, procedures, and regulatory requirements for demat account opening. - Addressing client queries and concerns promptly to ensure a smooth transition from physical shares to demat accounts. - Working closely with clients to understand their individual needs and providing personalized solutions. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is considered advantageous. - Experience: A minimum of 4-6 years of sales experience in the finance or securities industry. Proven expertise in managing physical to demat conversions or similar financial products is preferred. Please note that this position is a pure sales role and requires a proactive approach towards achieving sales targets and fostering client relationships.,
