Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Leadership & Strategy:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive the conversion of physical shares to demat accounts.
  • Identify potential clients who hold physical shares and generate leads through research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Promote and sell the companys demat account services to clients, emphasizing ease and benefits of converting physical shares to demat.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for physical to demat conversions.

2. Client Engagement & Conversion Process:

  • Educate clients about the benefits of holding shares in dematerialized form and assist them throughout the conversion process.
  • Manage and guide clients through the required documentation, procedures, and regulatory requirements for demat account opening.
  • Address client queries and concerns promptly to ensure a smooth transition from physical shares to demat accounts.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

1. Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus.

2. Experience:

  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in sales within the finance or securities industry.
  • Proven experience in managing or driving physical to demat conversions or other related financial products.
