Job Summary

As a Relationship Manager-Rural Business Banking, you will be responsible for managing and growing the business banking portfolio in the rural areas of Bikaner, Rajasthan. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and promoting our range of business banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new business banking customers in the rural areas of Bikaner, Rajasthan
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer retention and cross-selling opportunities
  • Conduct regular visits to customers' businesses to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions
  • Promote and sell our range of business banking products and services to meet assigned targets
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and timely delivery of services to customers
  • Keep updated on market trends and competition in the rural business banking segment
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities and customer feedback to the management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking industry
  • Knowledge of rural banking and business banking products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region
