Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our Rural Business Banking team at IDFC FIRST Bank. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the business banking portfolio in the rural areas of Bikaner, Rajasthan. You will be the primary point of contact for our rural business customers and will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new business banking customers in the rural areas of Bikaner, Rajasthan
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing business banking customers
  • Understand the financial needs of customers and provide them with suitable banking solutions
  • Cross-sell other retail banking products and services to business banking customers
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business banking portfolio
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking or financial services industry
  • Knowledge of rural banking and business banking products and services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region
