Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in the BFSI industry, specifically with Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience managing retail mortgages and a strong background in sales and customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure timely payments and resolution of any issues.
Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing retail mortgages and achieving sales targets.
Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry, including banking products and services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
