Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in the BFSI industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience managing retail mortgages and a strong background in sales and customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their mortgage needs and provide tailored solutions.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
Conduct thorough analysis of customer financial situations to determine the best mortgage options.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing and disbursement of mortgage loans.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing retail mortgages with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong customer relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to assess complex financial situations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Proficiency in using technology and software applications relevant to mortgage management is required.
A graduate degree in any field; additional qualifications in finance or banking are advantageous.
