The Role:

We are looking for person who handles customer relationship and handholds customer in closing application form, getting sanction and

disbursement for Home Loan.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive and lead the Home Loan business for Mumbai with strategic planning and market insight.
Build and manage relationships with banks and financial institutions for residential and commercial mortgage services.
Streamline and oversee end-to-end home loan operations, from project approvals to customer disbursement.
Coordinate with post-sales/CRM teams to ensure timely collections and smooth disbursement processes.
Enhance customer experience through efficient systems, quick query resolution, and minimal escalations.
Implement robust fraud prevention and process control measures.
Manage projects with external consultants, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives.
