Relationship Manager-Portfolio-Agri Business Group (ABG)-Marketing Branches Operations

As a Relationship Manager in the Agri Business Group, your role involves managing and growing the existing portfolio of customers in Agri, Food processing & MSME Industries. You will offer loan products tailored to customer requirements, build a strong customer base, deepen relationships with customers, and ensure continuous monitoring of accounts to meet business targets. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and grow existing portfolio of customers by offering loan products for Working capital and Term Loan facilities - Build a robust customer base to increase assets and liabilities, and earn revenue through high standards of service - Deepen relationships with customers through cross-selling liability and third-party products - Monitor accounts regularly to ensure no delinquencies, maintain portfolio hygiene, and ensure security perfection - Engage with Credit & risk function, legal & technical teams, RCAD & GR team for customer requirements Qualifications Required: - CA / Graduate / Post Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate in Banking and Finance - Freshers CAs and MBAs are also encouraged to apply - Candidates from Agri Input Industries, Accounting firms, insurance companies, rating agencies, NBFCs, MFI Industries, or Branch banking background are welcome - Strong oral and written communication skills - Excellent relationship management skills,
