Job Description

Role Overview: As a Relationship Manager in the Agri Business Group, you will be responsible for managing and growing an existing portfolio of customers in the Agri, Food processing, and MSME Industries. Your role will involve offering loan products tailored to customer requirements, deepening relationships with customers, and ensuring portfolio hygiene. You will also be required to engage with various internal teams to meet customer needs effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and grow existing portfolio of customers by offering Working Capital and Term Loan facilities - Build a strong customer base to increase assets and liabilities - Deepen relationships with customers through cross-selling and providing high standards of service - Monitor accounts regularly to ensure business goals are met and there are no delinquencies - Engage with Credit & Risk, Legal & Technical teams, and other internal teams to meet customer requirements Qualifications Required: - CA / Graduate / Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance - Freshers CAs and MBAs are also welcome to apply - Candidates from Agri Input Industries, Accounting firms, insurance companies, rating agencies, NBFCs, MFIs, and Branch banking background are encouraged to apply - Strong oral and written communication skills - Excellent relationship management skills Additional Details: The company is looking for self-motivated individuals with strong relationship management skills and decent communication abilities. Understanding of the local language is considered an advantage in this role.
