Job Title: Relationship Manager About the Role- We are seeking a competitive and goal-oriented Relationship Manager (Field Sales Representative) to develop sales strategies, attract new clients, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building long-term client relationships. This role involves managing the full sales cycle—right from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating deals and providing post-sales service Key Responsibilities Achieve business targets (ANP & case count) through effective sales methods. Acquire new customers via leads, natural market, referrals, and orphan base. Schedule client meetings, conduct need analysis, and present suitable products. Follow the Need-Based Selling Model for customer-centric sales. Upsell and cross-sell to existing/orphan customer bases. Ensure timely issuance of policies by resolving pending requirements. Provide prompt post-sales service across customer portfolios. Maintain desired persistency ratios by ensuring ongoing engagement. Collaborate with supervisors to strategize and achieve business numbers. Participate in joint sales calls with supervisors as required. Forecast sales, design innovative strategies, and evaluate effectiveness. Research accounts, generate leads, and manage the sales pipeline. Build strong, long-term client relationships and expand the customer database. Desired Skills & QualificationsProven sales experience, preferably in Insurance companies/DSAs. Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with sales techniques and pipeline management. Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, customer-focused, and target-driven. Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) or equivalent qualification.
