Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
Process mortgage loans, home loans, housing finance, LAP (Loan Against Property), and other related products.
Meet sales targets by cross-selling relevant financial products to customers.

Job Requirements :

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience into home loan prime segment.
Strong knowledge of building connections with connectors and builders in the open market.
Proficiency in handling various types of loans such as HL (Housing Loan), Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, etc.
