Role Description

The Relationship Manager is a key on-site role based in New Delhi. This full-time position involves managing and growing client relationships, identifying financial needs, providing tailored financial solutions, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Responsibilities include overseeing customer accounts, addressing client concerns, presenting financial products, and achieving business targets by driving sales growth. The Relationship Manager will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards while building long-term partnerships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
Experience in financial planning, sales, or business development within the finance sector
Ability to analyze customer needs, provide financial advice, and offer customized solutions
Knowledge of financial products, services, and regulatory compliance
Effective time-management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in using CRM tools and other client management software is an advantage
Ability to work on-site and provide exceptional service from the New Delhi location
Graduate degree in Finance, Business Management, or related field preferred; a master's degree is a plus
