Job Description (JD): Relationship Manager - Marketing & Hospitals Position: Relationship Manager Department: Marketing & Business Development Reporting To: Regional Manager / Marketing Head Location: Hyderabad/Telangana Salary: 15000-25000 Role Summary: The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with hospitals, doctors, and medical professionals to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth. The RM will work closely with the marketing team to implement strategies for lead generation, conversion, and brand awareness. Key Responsibilities: Hospital Networking: Establish and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, and medical professionals. Identify potential hospital partners for collaboration, referral programs, or promotional activities. Lead Generation & Management: Actively generate leads through hospital visits, networking events, seminars, and medical conferences. Maintain a detailed record of potential clients and follow up to convert leads into business opportunities. Brand Promotion & Awareness: Promote the company's products/services in hospitals, clinics, and among medical practitioners. Organize and participate in promotional events, health camps, and other marketing activities to enhance brand visibility. Sales & Revenue Generation: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by converting leads into customers. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling services to existing clients. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and identify potential opportunities for growth. Provide feedback and insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns. Coordinate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, targets achieved, and market insights. Maintain an updated database of contacts, leads, and opportunities.
