Job Description

Qualifications: Diploma in Optometry or 12th pass Minimum 1 year of experience in optometry Key Responsibilities: Conduct vision tests (refraction, visual acuity, basic screening) Prescribe eyeglasses and assist with frame/lens selection Perform contact lens fitting and trials Operate diagnostic instruments (Autorefractor, Slit Lamp, Retinoscope, etc.) Maintain accurate patient records and prescriptions Educate patients on eye care and lens maintenance Coordinate with sales/front desk for smooth patient flow Skills Required: Good communication and patient-handling skills Strong knowledge of lenses, frames, and optical products Accuracy in measurements and prescriptions Customer-friendly attitude
