Job Title: Telecaller – Healthcare/Hospital Background Preferred Location: Hyderabad Job Type: Full-time/ Intern Experience: 1–3 years in Telecalling, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setup. Salary: ₹12,000 – month (based on experience) + Incentives. Intern - ₹5000 – month Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Telecaller with prior experience in the hospital or healthcare industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, converting leads into patient visits (OPDs), and providing information about medical services, surgeries, and consultations. Key Responsibilities: Handle outbound calls to follow up on leads and inquiries from patients. Explain hospital services, doctor availability, treatments, and surgery packages clearly and convincingly. Convert inquiries into appointments (OPD/IPD). Maintain and update patient records in the system. Coordinate with the operations and medical teams for appointment scheduling. Follow up with patients for feedback, reminders, or rescheduling. Maintain a high level of patient satisfaction and empathy. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in a telecalling role (Healthcare/Hospital background preferred). For experienced candidates only. Excellent communication in English, Hindi, Telugu. Good knowledge of healthcare terminology (OPD/IPD/surgeries/consultations). Ability to handle patient queries with patience and professionalism. Basic computer knowledge MS Excel. Positive attitude and target-driven mindset. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in hospitals, clinics, or medical call centres. Comfortable working under performance targets and deadlines.
