Job Description

Role: Field Marketing ExecutiveWe are looking for an energetic and outgoing Field Marketing Executive to join our team. The role primarily involves on-ground marketing activities such as approaching people in public spaces, conducting surveys, identifying potential customers, and collecting their details for further engagement with Peazon. Key Responsibilities: Conduct field marketing activities across assigned locations. Approach random individuals in public areas to conduct short surveys. Explain Peazon’s healthcare services in a simple and engaging manner. Collect customer details (Name, Contact Number, etc.) and record accurate data. Identify potential leads/customers and share with the telecalling team for follow-up. Distribute marketing materials (flyers, brochures, etc.) where required. Provide daily/weekly reports on survey responses, leads generated, and field activities. Represent Peazon in a professional and approachable manner in the field. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Graduate preferred. 0–2 years of experience in field marketing / sales / customer outreach (freshers welcome). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in approaching and interacting with strangers. Ability to work independently and meet daily targets. Basic knowledge of using mobile apps / Google Sheets for data entry. Comfortable with fieldwork and flexible to travel within the city.
