Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable property recommendations.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering guidance on property investments, legal processes, and market trends.
Manage and track leads from various channels (online portals, referrals, walk-ins, etc.).
Conduct property visits, negotiations, and deal closures with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams, developers, and external stakeholders for seamless transactions.
Stay updated on the latest market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and business development targets.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-centric approach with a passion for building relationships.
Good understanding of real estate market trends and property laws.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online property portals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
25 years of experience in real estate sales, relationship management, or a similar client-facing role.
