Job Title: Relationship Manager New Car Loan Location: Bangalore / Indore / Delhi Department: Retail Loans / Auto Finance / New Car Loan Reporting To: Area Sales Manager Industry: Banking / NBFC / Auto Finance Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Relationship Manager to drive the sales of New Car Loans in the assigned location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with car dealers, DSA (Direct Selling Agents), and customers to maximize disbursal volumes and ensure high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Generate business for new car loans through direct sales, dealer channels, and DSAs. Manage end-to-end loan processing including customer documentation, eligibility checks, credit evaluation, and disbursement coordination. Develop and maintain healthy relationships with automotive dealerships and showroom staff. Educate and guide customers on loan products, interest rates, and eligibility criteria. Ensure compliance with internal policies, RBI norms, and credit guidelines. Meet monthly disbursement targets and maintain profitability metrics. Handle post-disbursement issues and ensure timely resolution of customer queries. Maintain regular MIS and reporting to management on business performance. Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking.
