Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in MLAP. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. Identify new business opportunities and grow existing client relationships through effective sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients. Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve client queries and concerns. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the BFSI industry. Strong knowledge of MLAP and other financial products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Any graduate degree from a recognized university.
