Relationship Manager

Job Title: Relationship Manager – Financial Services Job Summary: We seek a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the financial sector and expertise in handling multiple financial products, including Loans and Liabilities. The role requires a proactive approach in managing Personal Loans, Business Loans, Credit Cards, Savings Accounts, and Fixed Deposits, ensuring excellent customer service and business growth. Key Responsibilities: · Client Acquisition & Relationship Management o Identify potential customers and generate leads for loan products and liability accounts. o Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. o Understand customer financial needs and recommend appropriate products. · Product Handling & Sales o Promote and sell loan products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Credit Cards. o Manage liabilities, including Savings Accounts and Fixed Deposits, ensuring customer retention. o Achieve assigned sales targets for both loan and liability products. · Market Analysis & Reporting o Keep track of market trends and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies. o Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market opportunities.
