Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nagpur for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will build and nurture client relationships, provide tailored financial solutions, and assist clients in leveraging MINTIT’s platform effectively. Day-to-day tasks include identifying client needs, promoting appropriate investment products, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Qualifications

• Relationship Management and Client Handling skills
• Knowledge of Mutual Funds, Investments, and Financial Markets
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Sales and Marketing expertise
• Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution abilities
• Proficiency in using digital platforms and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in financial services or related industries is a plus
