Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in micro mortgages or sales roles.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payment of EMIs and minimize defaults.
Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and expand the client base.
Conduct regular portfolio reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues promptly.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of micro mortgages, sales, and relationship management principles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in using technology-based tools to manage customer relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data and identify trends.
Experience working with diverse client groups, including those in inclusive banking segments.
