We are looking for a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Mutual Funds. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored investment solutions. Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients. Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to provide informed guidance on investment strategies. Identify cross-selling opportunities across various banking products to increase revenue growth. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client queries and resolving issues efficiently. Job Requirements Proven experience as a Relationship Manager in the BFSI industry, preferably with a focus on Mutual Funds. Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in using technology-based tools and platforms to enhance client engagement.
