We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 0-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in micro finance or business development. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships through effective sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and developments. Provide exceptional customer service by resolving client queries and concerns promptly and professionally. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of micro finance products and services, including mutual funds and other investment instruments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets consistently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies. Proficiency in using technology and software applications to manage client relationships and sales performance. Strong understanding of the BFSI industry, including regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
