Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd in the BFSI industry. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience and a strong background in managing mutual fund collections. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure timely payments and minimize defaults. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with mutual fund investments. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the BFSI sector. Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and loyalty. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to optimize business outcomes. Job Requirements Proven experience in relationship management, preferably in the BFSI industry. Strong knowledge of mutual fund products and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
