Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Mutual Funds Collections. Roles and Responsibility Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure timely payments and minimize defaults. Develop and implement effective strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and disputes. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth. Provide excellent customer service to build trust and loyalty. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure success. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of financial products and services, particularly mutual funds. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data and make informed decisions. Experience working with collections teams to achieve business objectives. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
