Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd in the BFSI industry. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience managing Mutual Fund collections. Roles and Responsibility Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure timely payments and minimize defaults. Develop and implement effective strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues promptly. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Provide excellent customer service to build trust and loyalty with clients. Identify and mitigate risks associated with mutual fund investments. Job Requirements Proven experience in relationship management, preferably in the BFSI industry. Strong knowledge of mutual fund products and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
